When does a charge off come off of your credit report( date opened, date of last payment or date closed)

7.5 years from DOFD

I had a charge off that was removed in 03/2007.  The date of last activity on my report was listed as 03/2000.  So I guess that in my situation they used the DLA.

DOLA is almost always after DOFD. Either they had a brain cramp, the two are equal, or both.

I would recommend calling the CRA to get an accurate DOFD.
