charge off

I have 2 paid charge off accts that will be 7 years old soon any idea how that will affect my score?  Currently equifax is 650 and transunion is 685.

i had one removed and it increased my score by like 41 points

I hope to have the same results.  They should fall off in 3 months.  I also a AFNI collection acct that is not mine.  I sent a debt validation letter that was rec'd by them 31 days ago and they have yet to respond.  I have the certified mail receipt what should I do now?
