chase account sold!!

 I had a chase account that sold my  high balance went up to $6,800.00. The new CA is charging me anothe 6,800.00 for interest and other stuff it took on. Is it legal for someone to charge that much. They say I owe them $ 13,600.00. is there anything I can do, I live in Colorado.

Has anyone written a Dv letter for the state of Colorado?

Check state resource (up top). Some states have a law that states what can and can not be charged.
