Hi I have about 3 judgements on my record, one of which was a state tax lien that has been released. The other two are paid. How do I get these deleted, or can I?
Contact the state and ask if they will delete. Some will do it. Judgments must go through the company that filed it. They must have it vacated and many wil not. Judgments will delete 7 years from date filed.
