clear EX alerts from android app?

Greetings.

I can clear notifications from my Experian account when logged in on the web page.

However, I can find no way to clear (mark as read) those alerts from the android app -- they stay active even tho' I've viewed them.

Does anyone know if one can clear notifications from the Experian android app?

I've only been able to "archive" them. But the number is still there for alerts on the homepage. If you go into archive. Theres no delete. It will make them active again. Been like that for a while.

It's buggy. I think the alert will resolve itself over time if you just give it time after you open it.

I just tried and I was able to get the little bell thing to stop showing a 1 for the alert by:

opening the alert

archiving the alert

unarchiving the alert

opening the alert

closing out of the app and reopening again

@GZG

Too much work. Smiley Happy Maybe the CFPB needs to tell them to fix it. Or file a dispute. Smiley Very Happy
