collection agency did not delete

I have a letter from a collection agency that says that if I paid them in full that due to the circumstances they would delete from my credit report.

I paid them.  It is on my credit report.

I have disputed and they are still investigating.

What do I do now?  What if they do not delete it?

It takes a while from what I've heard

Niki - these things take time. My experience is TU is the slowest. If, after 60 days, the baddie is still there, I woiuld send a copy of your letter from the CA to CRA.

You should of sent a copy of the letter the CA sent you with your dispute.
