I use MyFICO monitoring and I get alerts when there are changes to my CR and score, but not every change triggers an alert. There's a chart floating around these boards that indicated what triggers alerts. You only get to see your reports once a year with the monitoring deal. You have to buy reports otherwise.
I use CreditKarma to get a look at two of my reports, but I never get alerts from them, just a weekly update.
Also, when I have a dispute with the CRAs, they send me an email when the dispute results are in. You can then look at your report online to view the results.
use both

Why only one? CK is free.

What I would like to have is one that will notify me when there is any change to my CR and fico score, whether good or bad. Do either one of these do that?
CK only provides VantageScore 3.0. CK does not monitor or provide FICO's. Keep in mind with monitoring that alerts only cover certain activity. I'd highly recommend actually monitoring the data in your reports versus relying on alerts. CK will provide access to your TU and EQ reports with weekly updates.
