If you did it online, then you'll get an e-mail stating that the investigation is completed. You'll only get notification when all items are investigated.
You can see your progress with TU and they will only tell you how many items have been completed. EX will tell you result before the investigation is complete when you check the status online. And EQ won't tell you anything until all is completed.
Once the investigation of all items is completed, the CRA will mail or send you via e-mail a link to see your new CR with the changes.
Per the FCRA, each CRA has 30 days to complete an investigation. The CRA will transmit electronically to the CA or OC and those computers will transmit info back. If info fails to come back by the 30 days, the CRA is obligated to delete. If info comes in at or near the 30 days mark, CRAs have an additional 15 days to process the info. So, give them 45 days rather than 30.
You can always check for updates via monitoing serices like TC.
