disputing/GWing inquiries?

Anyone have any luck with disputing or GWing inquiries?

I just had a thought maybe there was a way to dispute them or ask the companies
for GW.

Sample Inquirey GW Letter:

Dear Sirs

Sorry, I did not know what I was doing when I applied for credit, please forgive me--you guys are amazing, I recommend you to all my friends.

Re: disputing/GWing inquiries?

It would only be unethical if you dispute inqs that were valid. A CA that doesn't list collection activity as the PP and attempts to pass the pull off as if you applied for credit is an unauthorized inq and I have a right to dispute it. If you applied for 10 CCs and disputed all 10 pulls as not mine then yes that would be wrong.

Re: disputing/GWing inquiries?

You do realize that you have to be careful to only dispute inquiries that you were DENIED for and not an active TL?

The CRA will delete the positive TL from your credit report and then contact the Creditor and tell them that since the inquiry was obtained fradulently, the account must be fradulent, and the creditor will CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Ask me how I know about this one...
