No  you are right....if the last payment was in 2001  it is well past SOL
 
But it should be past CRTP this year........unless there is a mistake somewhere.

I aplogize...looking at an old CR and got mixed up ...this account is DLA 5/02 and yes it states 'to be removed on or before 3/09'. Sorry for the mix up.
