Looks like experian has changed the calling option they made impossible to talk to customer service. Unbelievable.
normally, when I call, I will say dispute automatically transfer ...now you need to act like you're gonna buy a credit report. Talk to somebody 🙃🙃

True. Between impossible-to-navigate phone trees that ultimately lead to a dead-end, and outsourced reps who have no knowledge and no authority, these companies have isolated themselves from the consumer.
Yes, it's true that some will abuse any system put into place, but for every person that abuses it, there are thousands who really do need help.
I'm currently unable to access the TU site. Regardless of how many calls I make to their Log-in assistance line, the outsourced reps can only say, "I see no reason why you can't access your account." Starting a case file with them only leads to frustration as the promised "return call from a manager within 72 hours" never happens.
This phenomenon seems to be endemic across most industries nowadays.
