former name on CR

So as I was going over my 3 credit report from here and under personal info I saw my current name and then former  names.

Can i get rid of the former names? I mean 2 CU has a letter missing and the other one has my last name then first name.

Then for my Name two have my name and the other one has my middle initial ? Can i correct this ?

You can contact the CBs. They may or may not ask you to send in documentation. Also,  the TLs that are reporting the error will need to be updated so that they won't report the wrong name again.

I dunno what is generating the names. All my current open tradelines all report my correct name.

Contacting the CBs should fix your problem.

Do you have any credit current accounts or closed that report to the credit bureaus using the former name?
