Wrote a GW letter and got a 30 day late removed from my credit report. They wrote me a letter that backed this up from WSFS bank , and they said to dispute this with the three credit agencies....I did just that.
I was in touch with the president of the WSFS bank and he personally said he would have it deleted, and reported as wrong if it disputed . So I did.
So I sent the letter into the three credit agencies as they had asked for more information on the account. They all three told me that the letter from WSFS was not sufficient but they would put in another dispute for me ;. THis was mid July.
I just got a letter today from Tu that said that the 30 day late was VERIFIED from WSFS..this is a total LIE! I personally called the president of the bank after receiving the letter and he told me that he disputed it with all the credit agencies THREE separate times...and ask for it to be removed. But TU didn't listen..they verified that the late was accurate and left it on my report!!
I can't believe it! what a bunch of liars...I called transunion, went through the whole scenerio with them today, and even read them the letter and gave them the presidents personal phone number to call. I told them this would be the 4th time i was disputing something that the company DID NOT VERIFY, and I wanted it removed! So TU said they would dispute it again, and the president said he would correct it again...
Hopefully TU will know i'm on to them, and will really send it and correct it finally...
watch out for them...
