help with credit report please

Originally, an account with BBT(repo)was listed as a chargeoff. DOLA shows 03/2005. SOL 3 years. An updated credit report is showing the account open, and one 90+ late in Dec 07, and another one in 04/04. When I pulled the same report in March, this information was not showing the same. I have not paid on this account in Dec 07. I am a little confused and need some help. BBT has the debt.


Another with Nissan showing 90+ lates from April 08 all the way back to April 06. DOLA is reported as 03/05, which is wrong. DOLA is 10/04. Report pulled in March shows last 60+ lates in 06/04. What is happening here? Can anything be done? I do know that another company was reporting for Nissan, but Nissan is showing on my credit report.

SOL starts with DOFD      it only changes when YOU make a payment! So the last payment that you made is the DOLA

Who is BBT?  approx.when did you make your last payment?

Is Nissan the same account as BBT?

BB&T bank was a repo, as well as Nissan. So, I have two repos reporting on my credit report.
