I would send them again and again and again and again and again and again, or until they accept. I'm at the same point. After sending about a dozen PFDs, I decided to reword them, got rid of the time limit and made them shorter, and mailed them without the CMRRR. I'm still 20 days out from doing that, but hope for some results. I also added new addresses and also addressed them to specific individuals and am sending 3-4 at a time to the same creditor.
