Dispute with the CRA as "innacurate" or "not mine" as it does not legally belong on your report. If this gives you trouble, fax your documentation to the CRA's.
Which CRA is it listed with? You will find numbers for priority processing depts. at the CRA's here on the forums. Just double check the #'s before you fax.
