I didn't notice anyone else discussing this, and if someone did, please let me know, but iOS 14.5 to Add Support for Joint Apple Card Accounts.
And it's about time! I can finally add my wife to my Apple Card whenever that goes live. 
I'm a big fan of ApplePay (for both the security and the daily 2% cashback) and of the titanium Apple Card that has no card # and other sensitive information on it. For all of our credit card accounts (for the wife and I), I'm in charge of keeping an eye on them and paying off the balance. With the joint account, it just keeps it simple for me to manage.
Thank you for the info! I'm really looking forward to this new feature! FYI, if you participated in the Apple IOS Beta program iOS 14.5 is now available for download. I'm actually installing it right now. I'm not sure when it will be available for users not in the Beta program.
