iPhone Upgrade Program question with my current credit...

Tmobile is great but their iPhone pricing has been kind of shady this year..not too many deals. I'd rather just use the Apple's program cause it includes Applecare+, but they denied me due to a BK7 I had discharged almost a 1 1/2 years ago. Does anyone know if it's worth it to recon with Citizens Bank?

They pulled my Equifax and was denied due to bankruptcy. I'm wondering what are the chances of recon?
