Wow, and here I was all annoyed that I have 7 on Equifax. Puts it into perspective I guess.

Maybe the OP at some point was looking at cars and one or two dealers shopped around his credit, i've seen it happen some dealers are shady.

Ive got 20-35 on all my reports. Oh sure, itll hurt your chances of getting credit but its not like its going to physically hurt ya.
For me it was the major rebuilding last year and attempted car loan this year. Have a feeling the OP is joking though not many people have more inquiries than me ![]()

Yeah, I'm more joking than anything. When I bought my car a long, long time ago I walked away with a good 20-25 inquiries.

It's a lot of inquiries. How bad depends on your credit profile but a thinner profile would have been getting denials well before it reached 52.
