Tried to log in but the system's not recognizing my account, even AFTER I enter my name/ss# to retrieve/reset password.
Tried calling the 877-284-7942 and 866-617-1894 #s on the website, and it never lets me connect to a live person to get my account reset. Anyone else having problems? I signed up for the trial and then cancelled, and then Experian sent password reset emails but I never clicked on the link, so I guess they've locked me out until I talk to someone.
I'd suggest doing your next trial through Experian.com, as that's essentially what CCT is linking people to at this point since the CCT trial itself is no more. I think when trying to log in through CCT it causes issues since it basically sends you to an Experian credit works premium trial.
