is there a time limit on sending MOV & OCletter after verification?

My dh disputed something with the CRA's that came back verified.   On his cr it says verified Feb 2008.  Can the MOV and OC letter still be sent or is there a time frame after verification??

Send both --- the OC letter has no time limitation that I am aware of.  The MOV 'might' but all you want is info as to how they verified....
