Hello, I am new here. I was wondering if anyone has a example of a letter to use for a Judgment. I was talking to the attorney of the company that has a judgment against me. He said I could give him a settlement offer letter. The judgment is for $3100.00. I have paid 2200.00 already. I was thinking if I offered 800.00 they would settle. I also was wondering what I would have to have in the letter to try to get it off my credit report. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Again
