late payment

Hi there all i need to know how to remove a late payment i was in the hospital with a heart attack..made my score drop 80 points

GW  = and I in this instance would suggest calling and speaking with a supervisor.  Mom got a walk on one when Dad was hsopitalized (out of the area from hime) -- but her payment history is perfect so they knew it wasn't BS.

Get it in writing.  It's easy to say, "oh it won't be reported" and then to find out months later.
