do late payment fall off of you report after they get so old or do they stay the whole 7 years

7.5 years is when they age off.

well why i was asking on my scorepower report from 7/13 it said i had 42 lates on my credit at a glance. and on the 8/3 it said i had 41 lates. what is that all about, not that its a bad thing
