Happy Holidays everyone!
Here's my situation... I have the monthly 3-bureau report subscription service through myFICO. I recently noticed a slight discrepancy with my Honda Lease that started in April 2021. Details:
myFICO: reporting Honda Lease as a "Loan" on Equifax; TransUnion & Experian reporting correctly as "Lease" (pulled CR 12/12/21)
Equifax: reporting Honda Lease correctly as a "Lease" (pulled CR 12/17/21)
Honda: confirmed account details as "Lease" reporting
So I just got off the phone with myFICO customer service and they directed me to contact Equifax because they don't change any info and they get it directly from Equifax. However, Equifax is showing correctly in their system as a "Lease" and they directed me back to myFICO.
So basically myFICO and Equifax are both pointing the finger at each other... How do I get this resolved? Any ideas are more than welcome!
Thank you!

It is just a myFICO user interface bug, it is only affecting what you see on myFICO, it has no impact on your scores or what lenders see.
You can keep trying to get the bug resolved but if it was me, my time is more valuable than they annoyance of seeing a bug on a website.
