Re: national credit solutions????

Getting back to the OP's post. Please?

You can do three things now, all for different reasons.

I would  first send them a debt validation (DV) letter under FDCPA 809(b).  But that is not directed to credit reporting.

Then, I would send, directly to them, without any dispute through the CRA, a direct dispute under FCRA 623(a)(8).

You DV letter has no set period for response, so wont address your need for early removal.

A dispute under FCRA 623(a)(8) requires response within 30-days, and elimintes the CRA from the dispute process.

If you want to also pursue the asserttion that this posting is not based on any debt you have ever owed, then you can also followed the identity theft process.

Under this process, you must first go to your local police station and make a report of identity theft.  Get a copy of that report from the police.

That becomes what is referred to under FCRA 603(q) as an "identity theft report."

The final step is to then file a request under FCRA 605B for blocking of this information from your credit report.

That requires that you accompany the request for blocking with a copy of your "identity theft report," and the statement that:

"The informtion is not informtion relating to any trnsaction by the consumer."

Each is independent action, for its own reasons.  None dependent upon who the CA is, or therir perceived prior reputation of performance.

Laws regultions, and preocedures are not based on subjective evaluations of any prior CA performance.
