need advise from the pros...on how to deal with Experian..

I have been trying to remove a charge off/ repo from the 3 credit bureaus since January..it was charged off in 2004 (and i though corrected years ago).
Transunion and Equifax updated the files and everything negative is now removed (all good  : )  )

However Experian seems unable to do so...Wells fargo has been great and sent numerous electronic updates..nothing,..letters ..nothing and so have I. Experian just says its reporting correctly and when it is disputed its verified that all info is accurate ..ie the repo/charge off are valid when its not!

I talked to Wells Fargo again today they pulled a file showing what Experian was reporting and it said they were reporting no info on my account??? They even faxed it to me. However I just pulled my Experian myfico and its right there an open account updating every month repo/charge off!

Experian told me they will not investigate this account for me anymore as its valid, and Wells Fargo has done everything on there end to fix it and are also getting sick of me..what else can I do?
I really want this fixing!!

EX does the same thing to me too...I have some account they won't let me dispute anymore...every time I dispute...they send a letter a couple of days later..saying this account was already investigated and verified...I would fax to EX what Wells Fargo faxed to you...depends on what it says...if it verify what you are disputing...I would...you can also send a MOV letter to EX for an explanation on the investigation process...

Re: need advise from the pros...on how to deal with Experian..

I went through all kinds of grief with EX. I had went so far as sending ITS and their response was to send me a letter to verify my identity.

I finally called and spoke to a CSR who was willing to take 2 seconds to listen to me. (After 5 PI letters) My collection was deleted in a couple of hours from that point. The CSR actually called the number in regards to my dispute to speak with the CA directly. The CA called me to let me know it was being deleted.

My MOV and ITS got me nowhere basically.

Try filing a complaint with the FTC.  I did that for an account and even though I got an email that was "standard" it took 2 days to resolve the issue.  In fact, the account is now deleted.

I did that too, they also responded to the FTC complaint stating they wanted to verify identity.
