GW is for paid accounts, so you are focusing on a PFD letter (pay for delete) since you want to pay this off and have them remove it.
DOFD is first delinquency... they can report for 7 years from that, that is reporting SOL. Your individual state collecting SOL will vary. That is the timeframe they can sue you within.
TL is tradeline... the individual entry for the OC or CA and all the info regarding it.
If you can cut and paste the 3 TLs (remove identifying info like the acct numbers) from Nextel and the 1 TL from Sprint/Nextel we can take a peek and tell you what to dispute and what to write the PFD on. Odd that the amounts differ if you did not have 2 accounts in your name which is why this is helpful for us to see.
