no exclusion dates on EXP via annualcreditreport

Um, did they change this? I just pulled my 3 annual reports and TU is the only one showing exclusion dates on derog accounts.

Exclusion dates are simply estimates on the part of a CRA, and dont inform you of the required exclusion date.

If a collection or charge-off, you want the DOFD, which fixes the maximum statutory exclusion date.

Do you see the DOFD?
