did you include a limited cease and decist? did you check on the satute of limitations? is the 2000 date the last time you paid anything? did you ask for an itemization in your dv letter?
if yes, yes, yes, and yes. send another dv letter, also inclue the violations and advise unless the matter is resolved post haste you will file suite under the fdcpa and seek the 1k per violation it provides. good luck!
