Re: observing soft pulls?

You have to purchase reports directly from the CRA's to see softs.

Given that none of the third parties do, I suspect it has to do with the fact that SP's are only shown to the individual by regulation.  As such, if there's an intermediary, regardless of which, it's simply easier for everybody to maintain compliance by simply not showing them.  FICO likely couldn't care less, but Amex and their Credit Secure product?  I suspect that's be an entirely different animal honestly as if I were a lender, I'd want to know about SP's absolutely for my own risk management if I could get them.

Re: observing soft pulls?

Equifax.com will show soft pulls. I have an acct with them. I called to cancel at one point and they reduced the monthly fee to 8.95. Since it's the only cams that does this, I decided to stay with them. I'm sure they only show EQ sp's but I like to see who is pulling what?

EQ - 834 TU - 823 EX - 822
Amex NPSL Amex BCP - 25,000, Amex EDC - 12000, Diner's Club Premier -35,000, Ritz Carlton - 22,500 Discover 25,100, Chase Reserve -31,000 Total Rewards 13200, Barclay 10000 Citi Diamond P 8,900
