Re: old cingular bill

I was say call first. ATT is notorious for putting bogus collections and not wanting to remove it. A collection was added to my CR's for $58, it was a department error. It took me forever to get someone to figure out what happened.

Forever meaning 10+ hours on the phone. It was very frustrating, but when I finally got someone to find the error, it was taken off the next day!!

If calling doesn't work, try PFD for 25%.

Re: old cingular bill

I had one that less than year old. Paid it in full in January before I found these forums. (Darn!)
Anyhow, wrote them gw and president sent letter back saying I didn't include contact number. (I did bc I kept copy of it!).

Anyhow, called her today. "We report correctly...blah, blah, blah...thanks for calling AT&T!"
(Grrrr!)
