Sorry, I have one more question (for now anyway). On my most recent dispute results, it shows "consumer disputes the results after investigation" and another statement that says "consumer disputes meets FCRA" Some of these are on oc accounts and some are on ca accounts, can I have them removed? If so, how do I go about removing them?

It can be good to have this comment on a CA dispute. Once disputed, I don't think the CA can sell your account. CA's have been known for selling accounts over and over again. As long as you have the report showing as disputed, if another CA pops up later, for the same item, you'll have an easier time disputing.

Well, I want to have them removed because they are hurting my credit. I have this statements on items that I disputed with ca's as well as items that I disputed with oc's.

If you could post some more details on this thread, that would be helpful.

- Date you disputed and by what means.

- CA or OC and the details of the TL or TLs
