What are you calling for? If it's a dispute the following number will work: 1-866-828-5066
When you call, some voice prompts will play. Don't say anything or push any buttons. Eventually they'll play out, there will be a few moments of silence, and then a CSR will pick up. The number and instructions were provided to me by USAA and I have verified them personally.
I finally got a hold of a CSR at the 888-202-4025. They are very helpful there.
I dont want to bump an old thread, but just wanted to throw an update on there, The number 888-202-4025 (Option 6) is still active and it works! I was able to remove a fraud alert over the phone with them!
