question about DOFD and DOLA

Need some advice:

On a Same debt

Myfico report showing 

Date last active: Jan 01, 2003

EQ( via CSC) showing

Date of 1 st Delinquency:01/2003 

 what date he can expect to fall off the report? 

1) 1/2010 ( 7 years)

or

2) 6/2010 ( 7.5 years)

being reported by a CA Not OC

The FCRA says 7 to 7.5 yrs. So, it could be in between those two dates. In my experience with EQ, I've found that they have removed many items off my CR early. These have included inquiries, lates, and even some major baddies. Don't be shocked if it was removed by the end of this year.

Also, it wouldn't hurt to check the drop off dates for EX and TU if reporting. I've had some EQ baddies fall off the same time as those.

thank for your reply, it is not showing on TU, on ExP, the DOLA is 1/2003 and it states the drop off date is October/2009

It might fall off sooner off of EQ. Likely, but not always, it might fall off around the first of each month.
