question for a TC expert!!!

I just signed up for TC's monthly monitering....I can't get to my credit reports tho (I was able to the first day or two)...It keeps trying to sell me new stuff...I log in, I can go to "my account" and even view the reciept from Aug 19 where I paid the discount monthly price thru the Walmart site....but nothing to click on to get to my credit reports....starting to get really frustratedSmiley MadSmiley MadSmiley MadSmiley MadSmiley Mad
 
Any TC users have any suggestions??
 
I think the CRA's purposely make their sites difficult to navigate, my opinion...

So when you updte  score, nothing happens?  It doesn't ask you to pay again?  IT should be in the right hand column when you're viewing your reports.  IMHO  TC reeks.  There are always system issues and half the time they don't update.  Been reporting the same score for months to Junny.

can't update, cant get to tthat page...I can log in but all I can get to is pages asking me to purchase different services...I'm logged in, I can click on "my account" and see where I paid on the 19th, but NO WAY to get to my credit reports...

Log in
Click YOUR CREDIT tab at top
Click CREDIT REPORTS sub tab at top
Your old report should load now
After it loads-
Click UPDATE REPORT tab on right
New screen, will say you have a report, click on update report
Authorization screen appears, authorize the update
Next screen has adverts, just scroll to bottom of page, click CONTINUE
Updated Report should load
 
I just tried, it worked fine for me.

Sorry, I dropped them after they billed my credit card then sent me an email saying my payment didn't process when I could see that it clearly had.  They then locked me out of my account Then the rep told me they were going to reset it and find out they just cancelled the subscription.  I had to call back in and they told me I would need to re-subscribe.  I told them no thanks, just put the money back on my card.
 
There were months when they core didn't update at all and they kept saying oh well your bank isn't updating.  I'm like all 22 accounts?/ Gimme a break!!! Smiley Very Happy

Thanks, I appreciate the effort....but it's not there, no button Update or Your Credit, nothing...I think there is a problem with the account....I'm on hold now trying to get some help

Wow, that's not too encouraging...oh well, I just got into mine after calling the help desk.  There was some kind of problem with my account.  I hope that doesn't happen a lot, kind of frustrating

I dont think you can get all 3 reports via walmart/true credit anymore.  They offer a one time deal for 24.95 or TU only for 9.95 per month.
