"Reported by Subscriber" who is subscriber?

My ACS acc't, which I am disputing for the 3rd month in a row... has finally updated to this status:
"Customer disputed account -- reported by subscriber"

Is the subscriber me, or the CA? AFAIK, I am the only one who has ever informed the CRA of what is going on w/ this account, since ACS won't send any paperwork pertaining to the acc't to me...

I've had this on my disputes also - it is the CA (or OC) that "subscribes" to the credit reporting service.

Otherwise it would say "consumer disputes" or something similar if you disputed with the CRA directly.

That's really cute that it would update to that... since it's totally false... because EX started the investigation based on the manila envelope of correspondence that *I* sent them, not based on anything ACS sent them.. b/c ACS has never responded at ALL.

Even if the CA doesn't respond to YOU they are supposed to update the CRA that the account is in dispute. 

Of course we know CA's *ALWAYS* do what is required
