If you can get the entire negative tradeline deleted (lates and all) you'll pop back up, maybe not the entire amount as presumably there was some positive history on the tradeline but a recent 90 day late is a back breaker, even 150 points.
The EQ 04 in this post is the Equifax Beacon 5.0 found on mortgages, 790 to 622 with a 90 day late.
