My landlord ran a report on my SSN and she got the below and shared with me. I am not sure what that means. I went to Social security office after that and they ran my SSN and said everything seems fine. They said they dont run ID thefts and recommdend third part companies to work with.
I am 20 years old and just starting my credit score with Capital one and was worried to see below message.
Should I be concerned?

I can't help, but I agree with the SS office that you should try investigating this with a number of third-party products. It sounds like there's a chance that your identity might have been stolen.
The first place to look into is the third-party product your landlord used. You don't indicate what product he used, but he used something. Try workin with the company that makes that product to find out what their report means and what it is based on.
Other options would be to sign up for the myFICO Ultimate product, which gives you a big identity theft analysis in your first report. I'd keep the Ultimate subscription for three weeks, leveraging the customer service with it, and then cancel, so that you don't get charged for month 2. You could try doing that with some other ID theft products -- other folks may be able to suggest good ones.
PS. Do you have a credit card? If so, when was it opened? Have you ever pulled your credit reports? What tools did you use to pull the credit reports?
Sounds like your landlord ran LexisNexis. You should confirm that with her and request your free annual statutory report from them.
Here's a list of CFPB registered reporting agencies and their contact info to request your free reports:

According to the FAQs published by LexisNexis, one of the reasons that this warning can come up is if you've ever used another name or a nickname before. But there could be other reasons and you should start investigating by obtaining the relevant reports.
Okay, I will try to find out. Thanks alot
Same happened to me a few years ago. My landlord used LexisNexis to verify me and received the same -- turned out it was because the address listed on my ID was also the address associated with my family - so various SSN #s came up under it. Various names were also noted under my SSN, but it turned out that it was my name with and without my middle initial.
Once you confirm that LexisNexis was used, you can contact them and request your full disclosure (free) - it will provide you with all of the information that is shared with other entitites upon request. You might be amazed at how much data they have on file for you (address, phone histories, driving records, medical records, public records - verified and unverified, etc.). My file was nearly 300 pages long and dated back to 1980 (I was two years old). You can also opt-out and freeze lexisnexis for free. Opt-out will suppress all unverified public records and freezing will suppress all verified public records. If you freeze, you'll recieve a pin to unfreeze in the event someone, like an employer or landlord, requests you do so. This also serves as a means of protecting your identity. Note: freezing could affect online verification (like the personal questions you have to answer when you apply for a bank account or to file a dispute with Equifax) -- sometimes those questions are wrong and you fail verification - that is often due to inaccurate information contained in your public record data. You can dispute anything that is inaccurate in your file disclosure directly with LexisNexis.
I asked my landlord. She said she uses a property managemen tool called propertyware.com and she doesnt have any idea if propertyware.com uses lexisnexis. I messaged propertyware.com to find out but no response yet.
Was yours also similar to what I shared?
Thanks for sharing that by the way. Gave me lots of insights on what to do next now.
