so I am completely frustrated...

So I decided to subscribe to TC today.. and thank goodness these FAKO scores are not genuine score.. All 3 are lower than the FICO scores.. After reviewing the 3 in 1 snapshot.. I feel so overwhelmed about this whole thing. I have a 60 past due on an account that I co-signed for my newphew's car loan.. it's back from 2002. Should i just write them a GW letter requesting they take that off of my credit report? Should i always do a DV ltr. no matter how long the CA has been hounding me? Cali law is 4yrs on SOL.. so I am excited about that.. can they still sue me if they want? Smiley Sad

They can try to sue you but all you have to do is use the defense of SOL.  You would need to show up in court for that.  Don't ignore it if they do try because they can win as a default judgement if you don't show.

Was the car loan defaulted on?  You only mention a 60 day late and then talk about a CA and them hounding you..........please explain what the CA is for and we can help you a bit more.

Re: so I am completely frustrated...

thanks.. I was so in aww when I was typing yesterday that I totally didn't make myself clear..

Newphews car loan not defaulted - He had a 30 day and a 60 day late.. then he traded his truck in and got another one on his own. This was from 2002.. can I write them a GW letter to have them remove it entirely?

The way TC has you view all 3 credit reports is a bit confusing. I need to really sit down with a printed copy and go over everything.

Say if a CA is reporting on your credit report for awhile.. can I still send them a DV letter today? Might be good for me because the SOLs are up for almost all of them and I pay all other current accounts on time every month.
