Contact Sprint to investigate right away via pone to their security dept. They might be able to remove it over night. If not removed in a time frame you are comfortable with, dispute as not yours. You can do this with a F/A. You might also consider a "Freeze" on your CR files. This should prevent any new activity for standard new accounts. You should also follow up with a police report. I would not just brush it off. I would want this person using your ID to know you mean business. This way you can make them discard your info and not want to use it. It does work

The first thing I did was to call them, because I was worry that someone tried or opened an account under my name. The fraud department was too busy. I spoke with costumer services and asked if there was a new open account under my name, and it was not. I am puzzled how can I get an inquiry with fraud alert. Freeze, I think is too much, because it would give me a hard time every time I try to apply for credit.
