Have you gotten a response back at all from Midland. My DH has them showing up on his credit and I did send one of those types of letters out, but, they just ignored me and kept reaging and reporting to Credit Bureaus.
OC reports drop off date in March 2008. They report dropoff Nov 08 and Feb 09. They the OC name on one report which I disputed and came back verified, and doesn't even report an OC on another. I just gave up.
