truecredit site not working?

I:ve been trying to update my score on truecredit, on different computers. I haven:t been able to do it for the last 2 days. When I click on update scores, it takes me to that page that says, *You have recent scores, but can choose to update.* When I click on update there, it just kicks me back to the original score page. I can never get to the page that says *I agree to have my reports checked* where you enter the security code.

Is it working for other people? Just me?

I can, btw, see from the front page that I have a new inquiry, so the info is updating, I just can:t get the website to work.

ETA: just saw another thread on this topic. I:ll try deleting cookies, but I:ve never had this problem before.

Really? No one else is having problems? I've tried everything and still can't get my scores to update.

I had a problem with TC yesterday afternoon. For both DW and I an error message would pop up immediately after logging in. Said we had to contact customer support or something like that. It continued over and over again after trying for 2-3 hours.

I know that this is different, but what worked to fix ours was to delete IE's history, cookies, and temp. internet files. Closed out IE and re-opened and everything worked AOK.

Huh. I just called TC customer service, and the guy tried a couple of things, then said they would just cancel my current subscription, and send me a gift code, so I wouldn't get charged again.

He was very nice, I have to say. Seems like they do know something is wrong on their end....

Same thing happened to both my wifes account and my own.  We just cancelled and started using myfico products.

I'm a little too obsessive to rely on ficos alone. And too poor. That would be, what, 45 dollars a day?

I just updated TC without issue.

You did? Weird. Maybe it was something about my account, then, because I tried on 3 different computers and the same thing happened.

I updated mine this morning, no problems. You said the CSR cancelled your subscription. Why don't you try signing up again and see if it works this time?
