unknown accounts on CR

i pulled my credit report recently and have a sears account the shows Balance "not reported', date paid out "not reported", date closed "not reported" account holder "authorized account" account status "account is inactive"  i have no idea what this account is unless it was a cc of my ex's that he had me as an authorized user??  should i worry about this? is it hurting my score any?

also have a citgo shat shows date paid out "not reported" date closed "not reported" account holder "account relationship terminated" account status "inactive".  i know my ex had a citgo card and wondering if i was an authorized user.  do i worry about this one being on my report.  there were no delinquency's reported but is having it on my report hurting me?

Is this on your myFICO report...if so...you need to get a hard copy of you report...if you have not gotten your free ones yet...go to:

yes i got my report from myfico.  i purchased the Transunion one only.

Yes- you should be worried.

It may not be hurting, but you just "think" it was your ex's accounts, you don't know.

May not be hurting now, but it might if whoever the account holder is goes delinquent.

On the citgo........"account relationship terminated" sounds as if you were removed from AU.

Removing the accounts may hurt your age, mix of credit, util, etc. But I'd rather remove unknown accounts than take a risk.
