Kymmie I just sent them a DV last week and still waiting for the gc to come back.

For an acct in the amt of 3K and the OC isn't on my cr's so i don't know what it is.

Here's my update, I found out AFTER I sent the DV that they are not bonded in my state.  I filed AGs and FTC complaints AND got the GC back last Thursday. 

Oh, THEIR horror if they make even a half attempt to validate, I am throwing them so far under the bus they'll eventually end up a back seat!

Good luck I have been trying get  lot fixed off credit and it  has been hard but now I give up I don not owe any one  897.00 7/04/2008 at all from cca but I just looked to day  and it there and hve all my records and it don't on them it is only today's with a old  date so why a crop!!!!! It has just been turn in on me No calls have been had my credit stolen by same man twice from AT&T told me it was took care of after 4 Months of hell I went through,filling  reported  also Dishnet work IT still no my credit not off yet so whats up there also?????
