what site updates utilization quickest?

one of my $0 balances is only showing on intuit (not karma, not wallethub, etc.). 

safe to assume that if one of these sites is reporting the $0 balance, that my real fico mortgage scores will show the same?

Really depends on when the last update was. CK usually updates once a week. It should tell you the date it was accessed. Most CCC post your balance when your statement cuts.

I would say Experian is the fastest to update. then EQ, then the turtle TU.

You can only count on whatever information it displays to have been updated at only that bureau or bureaus.
