aside from handing 1,000 limits to individuals with profiles from narnia, why does it feel like they are a whole decade behind the rest of the fold?
theyre online system at times will literally not load my data it sometimes shows yesterdays info and i know because they tell me when i login! never had that before... they will deduct autopay amounts without any recollection of activity during the period like EVERY other bank does... i paid off a balance in full weeks ago and had autopay minimum actually deduct $40 and put me in a credit balance... serious?? almost feel like im messing around with creditone and i should reas every statement word for word or something with this bank
Their IT services are definitely behind the times. I received an emailed survey recently about my experiences with the website. Hopefully, that means that they are looking into making some improvements.
Otherwise, US Bank has treated me well. I've been instantly approved this year for two cards from the Altitude family with decent starting limits. I have no other banking relationships with them.
Other than a prehistoric website and interface, no issues for me. I have both US Bank and Elan, I do wish the separate apps would mirror in functionality, but at least they work for me.

@elixerin So is it a banking issue? Or others were approved over you for cards? A ton of us had to start with those $1000 CL's from wherever narnia is. Doesnt make us any lower in the food chain than the people that get $10,000 SL's. Were equals here discussing credit/banking. No one is better than the next one. The person makes the person. Not scores, or SL's, nor CL's.
If your unhappy. Change banks. Simple. KISS Method.
I have no complaints with USBank. I have checking, savings and a cc there, and am looking to eventually deepen the relationship with another cc. USBank is not my primary bank (BOA is my primary) but it quickly leapfrogged past WF (which I've had since it was First Interstate) when I was a kid. I've had great service from USBank.
Ugh... not a good week to ask me about US Bank... BUT I will say I haven't had any issues with service or performance. The site is definitely dated, but easy to use imho. Not mad at them, but they have the biggest side-eye from me right now. 🤣
@elixerin Question on the autopay(s). How are the auto payments setup for the account that shows a credit balance? For example I have an auto pay set up with Cricket Wireless to bill my credit card each month. I could have set up the same payment in bill pay as a repeating payment. A third way an auto pay can be set up is by the use of the routing number and account number. In the first and last example the biller is the one who controls when the request for payment is sent each month. The middle example I am in control of when the repeating payment is sent. I have set up the auto payment for cricket wireless on Cricket wireless web site. If I do not stop the auto payment on Cricket wireless and submit my own payment through bill pay it I would see two payments for that statement period. In this case it is not my banks fault but mine.

food chain? what? my man im just simply annoyed of a big bank to maneuver this way.. im pretty sure everyone can agree that once they've established credit for a good amount of time with a decent amount of banks, they can expect to be met at least halfway from other lenders looking in... I just shared how big Individual Utilization has a play on your FICO score so thats kind of the biggest reason along with not being able to be adequately used alongside your spend.. kiss now is a great idea given how the actual bank is working for me as ive detailed. thanks.
@elixerinIt is up to you stop any auto pays you have set up not the bank when they reach a zero balance
