would this affect my score

If I pay off my cc but turn around and use it to pay bills every month will this affect my score? I am 609 right now. This is the only way I could afford to pay off the balance.

What is your goal with this CC? To maximize points? To get it to report $0?

I don't get any rewards with this cc. I was just wondering if I did this every month paying it off and then paying bills with it would it raise my score?

I'm not 100% sure, but I would bet that it would not raise your score. As long as you have a $0 balance and then you decide to use it to pay your bills and PAY IT OFF every month, then you will be fine. But as far as raising your FICO score, then I'm not sure about that.

Is this your only card? If you have high uti. and brought it down it should help your score some. but be careful the card companies have been decreasing peoples credit limits after they pay them off, so if you did pay it off and planned on using the card to pay bills you would be out of luck if they decreased your limit.
