My file went to underwriting last week and I got the call today that I was approved with a lovely laundry list of conditions.  They weren't terrible though and I have already provided back all the needed info.  My loan officer told me I got the pickiest underwriter out of everyone but I guess if I was able to get approved with the worst one that's a good thing right?  I am just still super nervous ... I won't be relaxed until clear to close.
