Anyone ever use AMERISAVE MORTGAGE??

I'm in the process of getting pre- qualified and this company has a 10day garantee on closing, but that hasn't been the case. I qualified for FHA according to my loan officer, but the underwrited is dreadfully slow.

I had 2 lates in July & August that reported incorrectly and I had to get a letter from my mortgage company amending those months. They said all I had to do was fax them the letter and they would rapid rescore within 72hrs. My mortgage guy calls when he gets ready that's what;s irritating. I know my score is going to jump up 50-100 pts from those 2 lates putting me around 630 for my middle score.

I also had some medical bills but that was fine according to him.

First they garantee $1000 if the loan isn't closed in 10 days and $500 if they can't beat another lender with the same exact loan.
